Topic: Question regarding DLC and different regions and accounts

So I recently moved from Canada to Europe permanently . I know you can't change your account's region so I created a new account for the country I now live in.
I've realized though I may have a problem. There's some games I've bought on my Canadian account that will have DLC released soon, like Cyberpunk. I don't have a way of getting Canadian PSN cards easily, so I was wondering:
I know games share across the console. My wife bought Forbidden west on her account, and the DLC, and on both my European and Canadian accounts I can play both. Would I be able to buy the Cyberpunk DLC on my European account even though the game it's self was bought on my Canadian account?
