Topic: Sony Needs to retrain their Staff

Am I the only one who gets banned for doing the right thing? I just got slapped with a hefty 60 day suspension for telling someone to follow the code of conduct. The player in question called me a reta*d. I messaged him and he did not need to use that term and needed to stop saying it. He cussed me out until I informed him PlayStation would ban him if I report him. I reported him expecting the staff at PlayStation to do justice. But I was wrong. PlayStation banned me for “hate speech”. I’ve tried reaching out to Sony to no avail. This is getting ridiculous. To the point I’m going to use a resource at my local news stations and spread this news like fire. Because as far as I see it, as long as PlayStation continues ti hold my suspension, they consider it okay to use offensive terms.

When I used to play a lot of Bastion on Overwatch, I would get a lot of hate messages after each game using a lot of bad language. As a result, I've made use of the report feature quite a few times and this has never happened to me. Are you sure you weren't tempted to use bad language back? Because something isn't adding up here.
