Topic: System acting on its own

I have had my PS5 system for 3 months now. Recently, I have been noticing that the functions I use for my games that often require the left stick and left/right d-pads to be used have been moving on their own. I initially thought it was controller drift, but then I noticed it was happening in every part of my PS5. The main menu screen was automatically scrolling back and forth through my games. Same with my video clips. I'm not sure what the problem is and how to deal with it, as it's really angering me at this point. Could soneone please help me?

@chones Have tried using another controller? If it then happens still, it could be a system issue and maybe some kind of setting that needs changing.

If it does not happen, then it your controller is most likely faulty.
