Woke up today first thing noticed three payments added to my wallet totaling £70.
Which is amazing seeing as my ps3 is dead in bin & the hard drive is sitting in a caddy in my drawer.
Ive seen a few postings with people having the same issue or $50 in america. Ended up calling support giving all details. Then get bloody cheeky email saying to that to file a claim I need to call the same bloody number.

Really hacked off.

The annoying thing was that the £70 is still in the wallet on my account. (they had 5 hours to spend it).
So the money is sitting there.

Well after a couple of phone calls then getting a bloody email to tell me to call the same number id spent 20 minutes on. Two nasty emails including sending lots of links to other forums from various countries having same issue. Got a call back on Tuesday to aplogise & money refunded.

Crazy I had to send the nasty emails etc but serious my biggest gripe was ps3 was dead my ps3 hdd is used as a back up drive in caddy. No way my account was compromised on my end.

But got the money back but I got password changed to stop money getting spent & it was still in my wallet. If it had been spent I would have probally had to go via my bank to get it back. This has been done by other people & ended up getting their psn account band.

I'm glad my card didn't work on PSN.  My info can't be compromised
