Topic: Customizable Control Layout

I still don't understand why don't developers apply this for their games.
After playing Deus: Ex for one hour I realized that more games need this feature, this game has the worst control layout I've ever seen in a while and can't be even changed.
I wish I could give an universal control layout for some each game genre's in PS4 after all this shouldn't be a such a huge problem for next gen?
Thoughts?

it does stink sometimes, i hate some games where the right click is to aim down the sights in a shooter.......really right click?

while L2 is left to something really stupid and I would love to swap the two.
