Aight, much needed thread dedicated as a sole purpose for us to talk about all the many PSN games we can find only so little about.
SoldnerX, both games Ive put a enourmous amount of time into over the last month or two and two of the best side scrolling shooter money can buy. They both work great in multiplayer, and the thing that sets them off the most is a baren RPG elements weaved perfectly into the game. In each stage there are these little keys that can be really hard to find, but once found and the level boss comppleted in turn are saved permantely, and by finding 4 of the 5 in each level unlocks later stages. On top of that enemies killed totals gain you rank and rank gains you more credits to push ahead further into the game. Its a great system that pulls you back and worth that money.
Currently playing Laura Croft, Tumble, and all 3 Gundemonium games and Ill let you guys know what I think about them later. Any info on anything PSN games PLEASE post impressions for us.

Gudemonium games are quite fun and much, much harder (well, taking into accounts rankings and such). Hard to compare them--different shmup ideologies.
most recent purchase was MM10 on sale...doubt that needs impressions, especially from someone as biased as me (love it--put tons of hours in--greatest, hardest game in series, endless mode owns)

Cresent pale mist is awesome, i bought it last night finally, i couldnt resist any longer. Despite the mixed reviews id say its worth every penny and if anyone decides to wait on a sale id say download it real quick. Its a complex platformer to say the least and the boss battles are really epic and fun.
@Swerd.... yeah I have the Gundemonium games as well, and hard they are Lol. Also if you beat MM10 (which I still need to do) you get a awesome MM Tees Shirt in Playstation Home.
@Odd... I bought Cresent Pale Mist as soon as it released Ive not played it too much as the Winter Sale had me purchasing Deathspank and Pixel Junk Racers. Dead Nation has been Awesome!
@turtle... yeah the reviews have been really good from what Ive seen. I already have Pacman on the Namco Collection so I don't think Ill purchase it though.

I got Sonic Adventure because of sale along with the DX upgrade, and so far so good. Except for that horrible camera. And it's kind of confusing where you're supposed to go if you've never played it. And the stupid Station Square music repeats like every 20sec which can be annoying when you're trying to find where the eff the casino is for the first time.
Anyway, I'd recommend this to people who like the game already (and don't mind the awesome new DX graphics that came on the GCN), but I really can't recommend this to people new to the Adventure games because of the broken camera, broken controls, and broken camera. (did I mention the camera is broken into little tiny pieces?)
I'm looking forward to buying a $50 psn card sometime in Feb ( ~spent~ ~too~ ~much~ ~on~ ~the~ ~move~ ~and~ ~games~ ) So what games would you recommend to me? I'm looking to buy the Ps1 classics I never got a chance to play, Some old school sidescrollers and some online Co-op games would be good. I'd go for the cheaper games btw. Thanks to all in advance.

For $50 you could get a Plus subscription which will basically let you play 1 or more games each month, along with some discounts, and other things (like automatic updates of your games as the updates are released.)
I was skeptical of this plan at first, and because I already owned many of the "free" games, it took me several months to get what I considered to be my value out of it, but at this point I'd say it was worth it and will renew next year. It's not something everyone will decide to get, but I do think it is something all PSN users should seriously consider.
I recently bought Marvel pinball it costs around 7.99 and I really liked it.Its so fun to play but some tables are quite tricky.Ive yet to try Spider-man and Wolverine tables. So far Blade is my favourite table. If you are a fan of pinball i say go get it cause its great fun to play.
I officially own a MAME arcade machine.

I just got N.o.v.a over the holidays, Its a great FPS on the minis program(the only one actually). You can also play it on your ps3.Its a halo clone but the controls and feel remind me of a tweaked out doom or any retro computer FPS. The 'aim'is mapped to your buttons and walk is the analog stick (which works better on ps3 controller) and shoot and jump can be R1 and L1.Reloading and bombs will be your directional buttons. The control scheme is odd but then again its for the psp,but it wasn't that bad. I really enjoyed the gameplay so i guess that is where it counts, any one curious about it should try it out. Its a budget psp mini that does the job well.

Trophies have spoiled the fun of minis for me. I'm not a total trophy whore. I don't pursue them when I feel they're work (hence no platinums for me yet), but on the other hand, if a game doesn't support trophies, I kind of feel it's not worth the time playing either.
