Topic: Question about PS+

Recently, I found a $20 Target gift card in my wallet, so I decided to get a 3 month PS+ subscription cause I wanted to try out some of the free games, but when I put the code in I kept getting an error. So, I looked online for solutions and none of them were working, after about an hour of trying to get it to work I bought a 3 month subscription (out of frustration) on the PSN store. It has been about a month and I still have the PS+ code from Target, and I want to see if it'll work this time, BUT my question is, 'if the code works, will it stack the 3 months of Plus to my existing 2 months I have left, or will it start over and erase the 2 months I have left on my account and just give me the 3 months on the new card?'
