If your having the Error Code problem that makes it look like you've lost your Welcome Back games, don't fret as there is a way to reclaim your games.
1. Go to Account Management 2. Then to Transaction Management 3. Then to Services List 4. Here click on SCEA Promotion 5. You will see Welcome Back: Free PSP/PS3 #1/#2 if you've activated them through the store. 6. Click them and claim the games you've not downloaded. 7. Enjoy!
inFAMOUS wasn't showing up in the Welcome Back section so I did a little research and found that it was due to the 1 hour free trial offered by PS Plus. I apparently deleted the game a while back before completing the trial so I had to redownload the game and finish the 1 hour trial. As soon as the the trial was over I went into the store and sure enough, inFAMOUS was now available as a free download. Several people that never finished the 1 hour trial are having this problem so I hope this helps anyone stuck in the same situation.
