With the beta opening up to everyone today I created this thread so it can be discussed here.
If you preordered it like I did then you had the past few days to play it. I will say that I have been enjoying my time with it. So far I have to say the gunplay and time to kill is alot better then it was in Battlefield 1. To me it feels alot like Battlefield 3 which is a huge plus and a much needed Improvement over Battlefield 1. Definitely can't wait for the full release this November.
Any one else playing the beta?

@Jaz007 It's faster then Battlefield 1 but not as fast as say CoD: WWII. Enemies aren't bullet sponges like they were in BF1 and this is especially appearent with SMGS
I'm liking it pretty well. Very different from BF1. I too like the quicker TTK. I have to admit I really miss the Support's limpet charge. The two maps are pretty detailed and feel more "real" for lack of a better word. I'm not so sure I'm a fan of the weapon uprade system. Seems kind of half hearted. You can max a weapon out in an hour of gameplay. Donest seem to be much point. Could just be a beta thing.
Still having alot of fun with this one, I am enjoying it alot more the Battlefield 1. Still trying to get use to things like how to switch weapons and stuff but other then that it's alot of fun.

So after putting quite some time into the beta this weekend I can say I really enjoyed this game. My favorite and most played class was the medic there was just something fulfilling being able to pick your teammates up. As for gun I really enjoyed the Sten alot. The TTK was really good I felt but not over powered. My biggest gripe was I wish it had a bigger magazine.
As for the maps, I liked them alot. The both flowed very good though I enjoyed the city more then the snow field and can't wait to see the others. Over all as I said I greatly enjoyed this game more so then Battlefield 1. I look forward to getting this in November.

So it looks like all the content missing and whatnot is making a difference in critical reception. It’s down from an average 87% to 12% at 75% now. It’s good to see these types of things making a difference.
If PlayStation had looking for group like Xbox One has I'd buy this, but as it is right now I won't as none of my friends own ps4 and this game isn't for lone wolfs.
@Craggis19 I am enjoying it alot. The TTK is alot better then BF1 and the classes feel more unique. Honest I feel that this is the best Battlefield since 3.

@Tasuki yeah, I know what you mean. Only had a few hours on it, but it's a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to getting some decent squads together- that will push it over the edge into awesome.
I have heard good things about it. The biggest negative thing I have heard about it is it's too little to late entering the Battle Royale field especially with F2P ones like Apex Legends, Fortnight, Realm Royale etc. Like Activision did with Blackout EA is alienating alot of players by making it part of Battlefield V $60 price tag. Although it wouldn't make sense for EA to make it free since then it would be competing against Apex.
While it does feel good and plays good it just feels like a "well everyone else is doing it and we don't want to be left out" kind of thing.
Given EAs track record I don't see them supporting this too long
