Topic: Bluetooth Audio Devices

Hey guys!

I recently purchased a Samsung Gear IconX, which I'm enjoying a lot so far. I'd love to use it while playing games on PlayStation 4 as well, but it turns out that PS4 kinda hates bluetooth audio devices.

It seems to be possible to pair devices using 3rd party hardware. Did any of you do something like this? Any recommendations?

Thanks a lot!

@RenanKJ You could buy a PS Vita, which will connect with your Samsung 'phones and run everything through Remote Play! 😀

Seriously though... Nope. Not tried.
Be careful with what you pay for though - a standard 3.5mm bt adapter should work fine from the jack on the controller, but I'd guess at that halving the DS4 battery life.

There are USB Bluetooth dongles out there, but I doubt a generic PC one would actually work on PS4. And it would probably need to be a transceiver too... 🤔
