So a remaster of the original Borderlands is coming April 3rd. I am very excited for this and I hope it has alot of the QOL improvements Borderlands 2 had over the original. One thing that I am excited for is the four player co-op like BL2 which will be a great game for game night with my friends. Thinking I am going to do a Gunslinger Mordicai build to start things off.

Started it up last night with my son, I am playing Lilith and he's playing Roland. We managed to hit level 10 and beat Nine Toes. Overall the changes add a nice touch especially the minimap. I like how they also cleaned up the UI for stuff like the vending machines but overall it does feel like Borderlands. Enemies are still bullet sponges compared to BL2 and some things that I wished more things carried over from BL2 like no falling damage and not having to carry med packs and I wish they added more voice acting but overall the improvements make it so it doesn't feel as dated as before.
Overall I am pleased with it and can't wait to continue later on tonight. Hopefully I find a legendary or two.

I mentioned this to a friend earlier and thought it would be worth putting here; itโs a twitter account that amalgamates all golden key codes for BL: GOTY, BL2, and the pre-sequel.
So I defeated Sledge last night and got Lilith to level 20. Wrapping up a few side missions before I head out of the starting area and head to New Haven.

Got Old Haven tonight and I totally forgot you pretty much need a corrosive weapon to pretty much survive in Old Haven, luckily I found a corrosive SMG so after I got that I wasn't doing to bad before that though....
Also got Lilith to level 32!!!

Finished the main campaign a few days ago great game but very dissapointing final boss battle. Some of the main story missions were a lot more difficult than that.
I got to old heaven and was doing the mission there for about 40 minutes killing everyone getting mad that the mssion did not seem to be progressing. Then realised that it was not about killing everyone it was putting the smoke fires out
@hotukdeals Yeah I knew that I needed to put the fires out, it was that I didn't have any corrosive weapons to use against the Crimson Lance enemies. The only one I had was The Blister which is a shotgun, but with Lilith I have been using SMGs and repeaters. My SMG skill is almost to 19. So couple the range of a shotgun and not having any of the bonuses that I do with the SMG (skill level plus my class equipment). I was getting my butt handed to me. As I said once I found a corrosive SMG I was fine then. The only problem I had was trying to find the broken Claptrap in Old Haven which I remembered there was one, but it has been so long since I played the game I forgot that there was another quest to do before I can get him.

Finished the game tonight, well at least the first playthrough and the main story. I still have the DLC to do. I will post my thoughts in the Games that you recently beat thread.
