After reading some of the stuff from the livestream. Glad I missed it. But at this point, expecting a good EA conference is like expecting massive third party announcements at a Nintendo show or good Vita news at a Sony show. I don't like to admit it, but EA does have some good franchises, they're just horrible at hyping them up at tradeshows.
Well, they managed to sound like a bunch of robots, showed totally generic demos with totally generic copy-and-paste-phrases and managed to literally not show a single one of the EA-franchises I'm still interested in (Mass Effect, Battlefront). So yes, for me personally, that was a huge fail-bomb, indeed.
@Gamer83 Yeah. I share your sentiment, still I was surprised by how bad it really was. @Reverend_Skeeve It was as monotonous as it could get. Too bad seeing the Battlefield Franchise being dead.
But yeah I guess that's the problem, in general, with economics. you cannot expect GROWTH each and every iteration. At some point the growth will decline. Has to.
