Whenever I leave my PS4 on standby mode, when it comes time to boot up again a fair few of my games won't upload to the cloud online storage just keeps saying "Won't upload". I'm pretty sure that I haven't ran out of space and I'm a Plus subscriber so I don't know. Any advice?
Chances are you probably have run out of space. Some games, like DriveClub and MKX, can occupy upwards of 100MB each, and seeing as you only get 1GB - well, it runs out fast. I'd check what you've got uploaded 'cos chances are you've run out of room.
If you've played Apotheon that was free with plus a few months ago, delete the online save for that. It uses over 600mb & that's all I had to do to cure that problem. It would be nice of Sony give us the option, like on Ps3, to choose which saves to upload instead of uploading everything
Morpheous says "There is no cloud", I am tired of people using the word cloud. It is called an server. The idea of the cloud was to have resources transfered elsewhere so people could reach them faster based on location. Simular to Peer 2 Peer works. Have you actually tried to call SONY or whoever is representing the storage online.
Your property right? Chances are they will give you the run around.
@RegalSin: No the word "cloud" is fine it explains the service in one word as we all are aware what the service means.
Using the words "server which holds data remotely to be accessed at your beck and call" is hardly more catchy.
