Indeed! Sadly can't see 'em live today, but I'm very curious about any surprises that might come up. And for entirely selfish reasons (a.k.a. I WANTZ TEHM NAOW!), I hope for a release date or at least fresh news for "Helldivers" and "Defence Grid 2". I love top-down twin stick shooters...that with a splash of Starship Troopers and mild RPG? Yes, please! And I played the hell out of Defence Grid 1 on my 360...Was even in the top 1000 on some leaderboards...and my only gripes with the game was some significant slow down when many enemies were on screen...which shouldn't be any problem anymore with the PS4s grunt.
Oh...and I can't wait about the announcement from Housemarque.

The crowd, accepting this immediately, assumed the anti-Eurasian posters and banners everywhere were the result of acts of sabotage by agents of Goldstein and ripped them from the walls.

I have a feeling that if this was the Xbox One released on launch the console figures would be very different. Sony need to step their game up now. It is ok keeping your cards close to your chest but when you biggest rival is showing everything, then tehy will have issues soon.
I agree with you. I can't speak for how things would be in Europe because I don't live over there, but I really believe that the $500 price tag and especially some of the dumb 'policies' that initially surrounded Xbox One are what hurt is over here early on in North America. Things are slowly changing though. While the 'no games' argument levied at PS4 has gained traction (and will no doubt continue to do so now that MS has bought SE's loyalty) MS is continuing to make big moves with key partners. It's got the more interesting next-gen exclusives lined up and the prices are now even. I still for the life of me can not figure out why MS just didn't come out like this with the Xbox One after all the success it had with 360, but that's corporate stupidity for you. Sony was similarly arrogant and stupid early on with PS3. I guess on the plus side, MS woke up and made some necessary changes, better late than never.
Sony presentation can only be described as pathetic.... no Vita at all, some decent reveals for PS4 but nothing that can make up for the lost of Rise of the Tomb Rider...
Microsoft have got some great games that I'll be getting for my XboxOne, SunSet Overdrive, Ori And The Blind Forest, Crackdown, Gears Of War. But for me its my PS4 games that I'm most looking forwards too, Bloodborne, Alienation, The Order 1886, Tearaway Unfolded, Uncharted4. There is obviously more games I want for both of my consoles, and then there is 3rd party which I'll be getting for my PS4. With COD:AW I am stuck as to which console I should get it for, mainly because of the timed DLC. For me it's Sony's exclusives that I like more, Sony's GamesCom was far from bad. And I just don't get the hype for Tomb Rider, the reboot was good and I like it but it doesn't come close to a game like Uncharted or Bloodborne. As it'll be them games I get first long before Tomb Raider, there is also the Whitcher3, Arkham Knight that are a lot better games.
I have to say, I only missed info on Planetside 2, Helldivers and Uncharted 4 but otherwise I found myself plenty of stuff I'm interested in. Mainly "Wild" looks awesome" Also this new horror thing P.T. looks interesting. Bloodborne is stunning, The Order looks great and I love all 19th century, science and Tesla. If it's any good remains to be seen though! A few others also were great looking. Really can't wait for all those games to roll in, starting with Diablo 3 (FINALLY) in a few days!

Well lets be honest, who was really expecting Vita news? I know I sure as hell wasn't.
Until Dawn definitely has my attention. I'm always iffy on those kind of games, but I enjoy movies like that. And the video I saw was interesting for sure. I'll be keeping my eye on that one. I'm a little worried about the replay value of it, but as I said, I'll just have to see more. Tearaway Unfolded is very interesting as well. I don't have a Vita, but I almost got one earlier this year and would've gotten Tearaway with it. I'm not sure if I'll get it now that it's coming to the PS4, but it looks damn fun!
I'm still not sold on The Order either, but we'll see as it gets closer. I'm probably going to pick Arkham Knight over that one. Lastly, I think I'm going to get Infamous: Second Son in the next month or so, and after I play it, I'll probably give First Light a go. It looks interesting!
