I was playing last night, will be playing again tonight as well for an hour or so most likely. It gets pretty tough on the hard maps so concentration definitely required haha. There is a chat on PSN, @Patinator i'll add you to it tonight unless someone else does first.

Next Wednesday will be fine, too.

Has anyone bought any of the DLCs? I'm quite enjoying the game so far and was wondering if they're worth it.

Also, how do I bring a friend who is already in my ship along to join a random online game? It never takes both of us together to that session.

You can't, unfortunately. As for the dlcs, some of them are quite good, but I wouldn't say any are essential, I would say the best stuff you don't need to pay money for and is unlockable through play.

@LieutenantFatman: I see, cause that's pretty much my only complain about this game currently. Seems odd for the developer not to implement that feature, though. Also, once in a while I'll get the "Teleport Boot Failed" message while matchmaking.

Gotcha, I'm only level 21 atm. I'll continue ranking up to see what else I can obtain.

As for the DLCs, I find these two pretty useful (tried the first one and seen what the second can do) against enemies with armors:
