It is a collaboration with Hamster and Nippon Ichi Software and it's also getting third party support from Tecmo, Sega, Jaleco, and Arc System Works (the current owner of Techno's games)

This is what american store needs...japan's ps store is far better on the ps3 and i think the ps4 will be the same.check out the ps1 classics on the japan store, it will blow your mind

Yes, except you purchase each one separate for a small fee and more games will be added frequently.
