I beat the game and loved it. I'm gonna 100% it now, something I never really set out to do. I played it on evil. I might play it again even more as an even badder guy on expert. I'm not sure how they will make a direct sequel with Delsin though, since he is going to shake every conduit that captured's hands, it would be far too many powers for Sucker Punch to handle. I hope they do though, becaue Delson is an excellent character that I love, one of my favorite superheroes. Best game on PS4 for sure.
So how did you react when Reggie died? I almost cried. The game really made him feel like your brother, and I felt it espcially when he died.

Its unavoidable to murder in the game so Reggie dying didn't mean much, was a good story though. I think its much easier to complete on expert being evil, I'm trying expert on good karma, it seems a little harder but not a whole lot, I just hope I don't have to spend hours slaying bosses.
Played through as good and 100% the main game. Going to finish off the Cole's Legacy missions and start the Paper Trail before going for the Expert finish with an Evil playthrough.
Only have the evil karma trophies and the expert one to get, so I'll just stick to missions for that. Shouldn't be too much work to get the plat.
I must hand it to Sucker Punch, it's great fun, looks lush and plays nicely. I was a little bored early on, but the game really shines when you start amassing powers. Pacing was actually spot on, it felt like a really well judged playtime, even factoring the trophy sweep up after the first time through (and the fact that neglected to save after the ending so had to do the tower/Augustine again). The writing and performances were exceptional I thought. Delsin's interactions with Reggie were nice and natural (I have an older brother) and never felt too contrived or forced within the scope of the story and setting. I think the key to it was not making Delsin too much of a gobby brat, there was just enough youthful cockyness and rebellion to make him believable.
The paper power looks interesting, and there was mention of glass in the audio files too.
An SP guy interviewed said that there was more on the way, so perhaps glass and water DLC? My plan was to plat and trade for Spider-Man 2, but I may just hang on to it for a while, at least until Transformers - if it turns out to be as good as the Cybertron games, that is.
All in all, great game. And I got a nice hat and a jacket for my Reader

@KAL The Paper Trail mission will be released week by week over the next few weeks, do you have the patience not to do your evil run.. I found my second run on Expert quite easy with the ramped up Evil powers, and knowing how to handle the boss fight helped, first time around was tough.. Played this the whole weekend and got the Platinum on Monday Evening
Coles Legacy missions are woefully short and not that great, the first part of the Paper Trail was fun..
Another good touch is when you can kill or spare Frank, you can hear his little girl yelling, they made taking revenge hard. I didn't quite get the full experience from it though, I had to quit and go to sleep after I beat Augustine after Reggie's death, so I lacked some of the emotion I should have had.

Have fun...
Ah, I did not know that. I just did the first chase bit then finished clearing up the DUPs.
I'll just start the evil playthrough and make a new save file then.

I am currently chasing the Platinum but I feel a little burnt out and having trouble getting some of the trophies =[
If you feel burnt out, switch to neon....
sorry... couldn't resist!
I can't follow you though, all the trophies are super easy to get and not once did the game feel like a chore to me. Hmm. Can you pinpoint your problem with the game?

Top 5 Indies I'd recommend you try: #1 Lovecraft's Untold Stories, #2 Moonlighter, #3 Hotline Miami, #4 Inside, #5 Into the Breach.
Just got the plat. Easiest PS4 plat so far from what I have, and good fun getting it. Love the story all round. I do hope we get some dlc based on the evil karma ending though, powers!

Loved the game. I played the hero side on expert and I did die when I got careless...and at the final boss fight. Oh, and that fight on the top of the tower before Augustine.
The Reggie scene was crazy. I actually surprisingly was not expecting it. Makes sense for them to do something like that though.
Favorite ah-ha moment of the game is when Augustine offered her powers...I guessed what was coming next and I was correct and I thought it was brilliant! "Now we have the same power, it's just I've had 7 years to practice". Loved that concept.
Im a bit disappointed Reggie dies regardless of playthrough. Im still hoping for some DLC or after-story-content that somehow shows Reggie survived. He was just a really likeable character and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations between Reggie and Delsin!

It was stupid to kill him off regardless of karma, as if you would murder a civilian or a cop even and expect america to let you get away with.
How hard is expert? And is it easier if you go through an evil playthrough?
It ain't much harder than normal really. A couple of the bosses might take a few tries to get past and the DUP is a bit more robust, they tend to move and dodge a lot better. I found that playing normal play through on evil was for me because I wanted to wipe out all the side missions without consequence. On expert playing a goodie I stuck to the main story just to see the difference and gobble up the trophies. It did mean my karma level wasn't that high at the end though so I had to go and anklate a couple dozen drug gangs to reach the good karma level 5 trophy.

Not very, at all. Same spikes in the same places, the DUP are more aggressive and deal more damage.
I played normal as a good guy, loved it. Second play as evil for the expert run. Powers are more aggressive too, you feel a little stronger, and it's appreciated when dealing with the DUPs.
But, as I say, the beats are the same-so long as you remember how to dance, no problems!

I think the hardest parts on expert for me first time playing was the first fight in Seattle (trying to locate smoke source and boss battles (but not very difficult). I played the good side on expert and it wasn't bad at all. I never felt like any part was super hard.
Well, I just finished the Paper Trail, that was a disappointing end, I knew there was no power, and I didn't need a big fight, but that felt anti-climatic. I was expecting something more, like maybe at least a cutscene between her and Deslin. It was a pretty darn good and innovative mission set, but seriously, the end was disappointing.
