Topic: Mass Effect Andromeda : Where The Heck Is The Hyperion ?

I'm doing my first time through Andromeda, but I'm stuck...I think. I'm doing the mission, Ryder Family Secrets, where I need to find memory triggers for SAM and then talk to him in the SAM node on Hyperion....except I can't find Hyperion anywhere. I've looked on the galaxy map, but can't find Hyperion anywhere. I've read that it's in Meridian....but that's not on the map, either.

Do I have to collect all the memory triggers before I can go there ?
