Round 1

Rules; There will be multiple 1 v 1 battles with games going head to head. You can only pick one game per battle. The choices will be tallied with the most popular going through. The following day the 4 losers then go into a last man stands battle royal were you pick one game and only the most popular stays in the cup. The other 3 will be out...... forever. If you have never played both but have a strong preference still vote. If you cant decide then ip dip dip my blue ship.

Alien Isolation only just wins out as Dead Space was a LOT better than DS2 although DS2 had some great parts, it lacked the atmosphere of AI

Loved Alien Isolation but Dead Space 2 is my preferred game. Big fan of DS1 and though I don't usually go for all out action over strong atmosphere and tension I think DS2 had a nice balance. If DS1 was Alien, this was Aliens, I liked the personality they gave Isaac, I loved returning to the Ishumura, the zero gravity movement, upgraded assault rifle (grenade launcher), the badass suits, going out into space and some of the set pieces (launching back into the station from the solar array, crashing the train etc, shoving a needle in your eye). Brilliant game, cleared it 3 times. The only game on PS3 I bothered playing more than once. I had such hopes for DS3 but they really dropped the ball. Gutted the franchise seems all but over at this point.

Can't take anything away from Alien Isolation though, what a brilliant game that was.
