Topic: Season Pass question it might be stupid and obvious answer

There are quite a few offers on season passes in PS Store at the moment for games that I want to buy but have not got round to getting yet. Can I buy a season pass through the store and get the game at later date? I am assuming yes but was not sure if there would be issues with the game not being on the PS4 yet.

@dryrain: Yes you can. I would only do it with games you own as you never know what games you will never buy when a new selection come out.

@dryrain: Whilst you can definitely buy any season pass whilst not owning the game, I agree that you should never buy one until you have the game. I assume in when you say these games are not on the PS4, you are referring to digital versions? There is no guarantee that they live up to the expectation you have if and when you finally do get round to buying the game. If online, whether or not it still has an active community - its not a bargain if the content is pretty much unplayable because there is no community to play with/against.
Obviously if you have the game then you will know whether or not the Season Pass is a worthwhile purchase for you
