My list is mostly games I haven't played. I still have a PS2 actually, but the thought of playing up-scaled versions on the PS4 WITH trophies is just too good!
The ol' Atelier / Mana-Khemia games
Black
Contra: Shattered Soldier
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Final Fantasy XII (with an option to un-reverse the camera controls)
Haunting Ground
Oni
Silent Hill 4: The Room
Turok: Evolution
Xenosaga
@TripleGK: Ōkami is probably the only game I would prefer to play on the Wii, the motion controls were perfect for that game. Nevertheless, it's an amazing game and it definitely serves more attention than it got in the past, so I'm all for it.
I never played the HD collection of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, so I wouldn't mind if those games came to PS4 as well.
PS2 games I'd like to see on the PS4 would include, but are not limited to:
SSX3
SSX Tricky
Half-Life 1
Red Faction 1 & 2
@Octane: SOTC (and perhaps Ico??) are available on PS Now to play on PS4. I'm not sure but I believe you're still entitled to a 2 week free subscription. I'd give it a go if you haven't already as it's worth playing!
The only ones I can really think of right now are the DBZ Tenkaichi games. I got rid of them a few years ago because I'm an idiot, and I've always thought they were some of the better DBZ games. It's probably not going to happen because of licences, but it worth a shot. That's basically my only request.

@kyleforrester87: PS Now is different from PS+, am I right? I looked it up and there's a 7 day free trial, good to know! I'll check the box the PS4 came in as well, because I believe it also came with a free trial of some subscription service, but I can't remember for what exactly. I've played SOTC, but I haven't played ICO yet, I'll see if it's available - I just checked, ICO is available on PS Now as well -, if not, then I'll probably play through SOTC again. It's definitely something to keep in mind for the upcoming holidays, but I would nevertheless prefer an actual digital copy of the game (or a physical HD remaster for the PS4 perhaps?).
@Octane: Yeah physical would be better, but I did have a go on SOTC via Now and it was honestly fine so not a bad way to use your free 7 days. I think it would have been 14 days of PS+ that came in the box with your PS4, though.
@kyleforrester87: Haha, with all those paid services it almost feels as if Sony wants to leech every last penny out of me. I'll definitely be sure to give the free trial of PS Now a go once I have the time to make the most out of it. Thanks for the suggestion!
I'd love to see: Timesplitters, The Warriors, Star Wars battlefront 2 and Star Wars revenge of the sith. There most likely is a load more I'd like but any of them and I'd be happy!
Steambot Chronicles
Fatal Frame 2
Off the top of my head, these are the games I haven't played I'd get.
Games I've already played would be a maybe, but here they are:
NFS:MS
Star Wars: Battlefront 2
Transformers (Armada game, not the movie game)
Romance of the Three Kingdoms X
Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction
Onimusha games, Dragon Quest 8, Black, Timesplitters/Red Faction(would be great if they added online to these, doubtful but i can dream!), Summoner 1&2, Kessen. Lots more that im forgetting im sure!
Im playing Rogue Galaxy for the 1st time. Loving it so far! Star Ocean Til The End Time is another ps2 game id love to see on it. Any PS2 rpg to be fair
I'm probably going to be the minority but I would love to see Ghosthunter and Primal. They were such incredible experiences for me back in the day. 1080p and trophy support and I would instant buy them again for $15 each.
