Hello folks, I'm really interested in everyone's opinion, just put your TOP 5 on PS4 in here and everytime the ranking changes, post it again, so over time, we could see some "development" in preferences of people. In my process of evaluating I take into account "time played" and "level of enjoyment" the most - logically.
I'll go first, at the moment my ranking is as follows:
1 - Bloodborne 2 - Mortal Kombat X 3 - Helldivers 4 - GTA V 5 - The Order
#supportindies
Top 5 Indies I'd recommend you try: #1 Lovecraft's Untold Stories, #2 Moonlighter, #3 Hotline Miami, #4 Inside, #5 Into the Breach.
PS3 Megathread 2019: The Last of Us
Multiplat 2018: Horizon Zero Dawn
Nintendo 2017: Super Mario Bros 3
Playstation 2016: Uncharted 2
Multiplat 2015: Final Fantasy 7
That's a fun idea, I'll do a top 5 if I can.
1. inFamous: Second Son
2. Destiny
3. Samurai Warriors 4
(The list is unsure after this point, but I'll take a shot at it anyway.)
4. Don't Starve
5. Towerfall: Ascension
Great topic mate.
1. Infamous 2nd Son
2. Resogun
3. Driveclub
4. Oddworld: New N Tasty
5. Destiny
I left any remasters off because I only included games I played first on PS4. Bloodborne would be on the list but I haven't finished it yet.
I forgot about Diablo 3 and resogun. I think I was in a timewarp from 6 weeks ago when I posted earlier.
1. Destiny
2. TLOU
3. Resogun
4. Diablo 3 (love this now and its all down to clay, tasuki, krozath and kyle)
5. Rogue Legacy
I had to ditch gta v and watchdogs as rogue legacy had me addicted.
Good thread. Pity we couldn't stick goldeneye or sf2 in lol.

3. Mortal Kombat X
4. Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
5. The Evil Within
This list would be different if I was counting remasters but I'm not. Also haven't played Bloodborne or MLB 15 The Show yet. If I had, I bet those would've been on the list somewhere.
I can't exactly give a top 5 PS4 games as I don't own that many yet. I also have quite a few games mentioned on Xbox One due to owning that system for longer.
I really enjoyed Infamous but having the 'platinum' trophy, I don't feel I want to play it anymore - well not yet. Killzone (so far) hasn't grabbed me as much as Killzone 2 for campaign and Killzone 3 for MP did - obviously looks incredible but still prefer the older ones. I bought Destiny on PS4 but already had 3 level 32 guardians with all exotics and VoG, CE weapons on the XB1 version so finding it a bit of a slog to try and get up to that level on PS4. The only other game I have bought is Zombie Army Trilogy which is OK but not exactly a top 5 game and still has a few bugs in it...
I wouldn't put something like Bloodbourne in my top 5 due to the actual game play. I am not saying its bad but its not something I enjoy - I don't like the demon/dark souls games either.
A pessimist is just an optimist with experience!
Why can't life be like gaming? Why can't I restart from an earlier checkpoint??
Feel free to add me but please send a message so I know where you know me from...
Interesting how far up Infamous still ranks! Also spotted Destiny here and there (which is unreal in my book, hehe). Keep it going folks!
Infamous and Destiny are both cool games, but Infamous's gameplay wasn't much of an improvement on the previous games, and some of the side-missions felt like a chore. Destiny doesn't have much of a typical story campaign to speak of. Playing from the beginning until you see the credits roll and put down the game is not a great experience.

Yeah I enjoyed the story of InFamous while it was there, but as soon as I was done with that I never really felt any compelling desire to do the rest of the content, most of it just felt fairly dull and uninspired. I know it's not always easy to come up with stellar side-missions, but it's a shame to see such high quality devs still resorting to the "collect 80 meaningless pickups" school of side content design (looks meaningfully at AC: Unity)...
From 16/08/15 I’m going for sober for six months to raise money for the Princess Alice Hospice. Donations can be made here and anything you can offer is greatly appreciated: https://www.justgiving.com/Stephen-Butler5
Second Son is the first inFamous game that I didn't start a second playthrough right away after beating it. I enjoyed the game don't get me wrong but Delsin didn't click for like Cole did in-terms of powers or as a character.
That said I will play it through again. It was still fun and looked awesome. I would give it an 8 out of 10.
I platinumed Second Son, but there was a pretty big gap between playthroughs. I really enjoyed the Delsin character, as well as his brother and the bad lady. That game had some of the best story-telling I've seen, and the motion capture cut-scenes looked fantastic. I'd also give it an 8/10 though.
