Topic: Transformers Devastation --OT--

Picked up my copy after class, it's pretty addictive and fun! I'll have to go back and find the collectibles and side missions after the story.

I will probably get this on Friday when I get paid, so until then I will be avoiding this thread.

Won't lie, watching a few streams and it looks (and sounds) bloody awesome. Wanna try and hold off getting this till Christmas but I dunno if i'll make it.

Just got my copy. Planning to play it in one sitting if it's only 4 hours.

For the record, the touchpad on the PS4 version bring up the menu to use items.

Back on topic, the game looks super fun; especially the reviews I've seen. But due to my current backlog, I will hold off purchase until possibly December at the earliest.

Want it but I'll get it when it's cheap, which may not be that long as the game hasn't sold well here.

Only got around to playing it today but I'd just noticed that my download list only showed the contents below after redeeming my pre-order code.

• Nemesis Prime costume pack
• Goldfire costume pack

Wasn't there 3 weapons as well or are they bundled together with costume packs?

Made the mistake of picking Commander difficulty first time around and got slaughtered by Devastator. Had to restart the mission and chose Warrior difficulty instead. XD

Edit: Never mind, after playing a bit I found the weapons. Guess they were included the costume packs.

Got this for Christmas and nearly finished the main story, I've been messing about on the challenges to delay it somewhat. I'm really impressed with it, I forgot how much I loved Transformers. It helps that the combat is really satisfying (thanks for the 60fps!), and sometimes tough, too. The soundtrack and sound effects are awesome. I'm going to have fun clearing this multiple times going for the trophies.

I'd love to see a sequel or some DLC, even just additional robots (outside of the 3 reskins you can already buy, which I have purchased. I wouldn't normally spend money on cosmetics like this but it's Christmas and I wanted to see what they look like!! lol). I suspect that's rather unlikely, though.

I think I saw a few others picked it up for Christmas? Seems like a divisive game - what do you think?

I honestly haven't had a chance to play it myself, I have watched my son play it a bit and I love it, but then again I liked Bayonetta 2 on the Wii U so I was familiar with the combat style. Hopefully tonight I will get to check it out, but lately I have been more in a Netflix watching mood then gaming.
