Topic: What PS4 Games Are You Currently Playing?

@Th3solution Thankyou, it was a great experience. I have tried out NG+ but I don't think I will try for the platinum. I reckon you should give Dark Souls 3 a go if you enjoyed Bloodborne, it uses the same engine after all. I am continually intrigued by Hollow Knight as it is allegedly a Souls-like but wasn't a huge fan of the "cutesy" animation. What do you reckon about that game?

@RogerRoger thanks it was worth it, especially to experience those NG+ bonus materials.

Hollow Knight has some "Souls-like" qualities to it @Draco_V_Ecliptic such as having to recover your geo (Money) after you die from a phantom of yourself and the atmosphere is very much in line with those games alongside some similar-ish story beats (And I guess it's a bit difficult) but otherwise it's very much a metroidvania type of game with a sprawling map, a number of abilities you unlock like a wall climb, a dash and so forth... Just with bugs.

It's a very well made and wonderful little game. One of the best games I played last year and of this generation personally.

@Draco_V_Ecliptic Yeah, I’ve no experience with Hollow Knight but Foxy said it well.

I’ve heard that Salt and Sanctuary is the closest thing to a 2D Souls game.

@Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy I was also thinking of getting Super Meat Boy, which is the better of the two games in your opinion, please madame?

In fact I've only ever heard of it mentioned in passing and don't really know what it is so I can't really help at all on that front. Apologies!

Oh I haven't made any progress with Dark Souls Remastered since I last played it @Draco_V_Ecliptic

Honestly I don't know if I'll be going back to it anytime soon as it wasn't quite holding my attention at all the last few attempts to play it... I'll probably restsrt it again some point in the new year maybe.

Well I think it's more to do with my current mood then anything wrong with the game @Draco_V_Ecliptic.

I've only been through it once way back in 2013 and seeing as I hadn't even made it to Anor Londo yet for this playthrough of the remaster I can't quite comment on it's quality as a whole or the final third in particular (Though I do recall thinking Lost Izalith wasn't that good in the slightest).

That’s the credits rolled on the original A Realm Reborn story in FFXIV after 83 hours. I really did enjoy it and now I’m onto the intermediary quests before jumping into Heavensward. So much content!

I beat Judgment last night, 62 hours and 56% completion... Too many minigames! 😂
Now I got the complete edition of Sniper Elite 4, convinced by the no-HUD gameplay videos and the € 15 price tag.

@Kidfried I played it on Now and it isn’t very long but it’s good fun while it lasts. Shame it didn’t include the Hitler DLC, I really wanted to shoot him in the balls.

@nessisonett Hitler has a cameo in Judgment?! Wow, that’s off the rails. 😉
