I need another purchase worth at least 31$ to round out my "spend 100$ get 15$ back" sale. I'm a pretty patient person and willing to wait for sales, and I have PLENTY to play right now this is just being smart about spending.... so yea, not sure if I should get:
a) Wasteland 2
b) Divinity: Original Sin
c) The Witcher 3
d) Volume and Tales from the borderlands
e) Volume and pre-order unravel
f) Tearaway unfolded (for to play with my kids)
Hmm. What sort of games do you like? If you really like RPGs, then we gave Divinity and The Witcher 3 very high scores. I can strongly recommend Tearaway if you're in the market for a platformer, though.
I try to keep my collection eclectic to avoid burning out on one genre...but definitely RPGs, especially Action RPGs weigh in heavily.
I just came off of Dark Souls 2, and may chase it with bloodborne, so perhaps the witcher would be too much of an overdose - but, it looks pretty awesome. Before that was the handsome collection (too much content!) and Destiny. Before that Arkham, Child of Light and TLOU......
The turn based games look interesting, but wondering if the pace will end up too slow because of the turns.
Tearaway is actually a really fun game regardless of how old you are, but if you want a really good RPG (This is coming from a guy who doesn't like RPGs) then get the Witcher
Yeah The Witcher 3 would be my pick from that lot, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't also buy Tales from the Borderlands and Tearaway. You should. They're brilliant
From 16/08/15 I’m going for sober for six months to raise money for the Princess Alice Hospice. Donations can be made here and anything you can offer is greatly appreciated: https://www.justgiving.com/Stephen-Butler5
Wasteland 2 and Tearaway Unfolded both look excellent, so I'm sure either of those would be good choices. Haven't played Unfolded, but the original was the best game on Vita in my opinion. I have to say though, I picked up Divinity today and I am loving it. It's funny, it's deep, it's beautiful - all round a spectacular game so far, so I'm inclined to recommend that over the other admittedly fine choices.
