Topic: Alan Wake 2

I wasn't going to buy this as its download only and being a tight git i always buy games so i can trade but i wanted a break from Ronin and decided to get something i dont normally play i did enjoy the original but this is far better i am only a couple of hours in but the way you build up the case boards etc is brilliant, i was put off by a few reviews i am glad i finally pulled the trigger i may have missed a great game if i hadn't.

@Max_Headroom Yeah - I thought the caseboard was a fantastic gameplay mechanic at first. Get ready to be sick of the sight of the bloody thing before very long. In reality, it's just an overly elaborate tool for plot synopsis.

This is without doubt one of the most frustrating and brilliant games i have ever played, i will admit i have had to resort to guide videos a couple of times when i have got totally stuck but unlike other games where i just give up and move on to the next i am determined to finish this game.
