Topic: Downloading Control PS5 version :p

That's right, it's available to download now! (seems to even be claimable on PS Plus, at least going by the fact that I've managed to claim Concrete Genie)

I didn't think it'd be available bang on 12am (UK time) but there we go - I paid for Control UE in the Black Friday sale btw so I'm making damn sure I'm one of the first people to download the PS5 version

anyone else already downloading it too?

update: I'm now playing it - although I'm a little confused at how the PS5 version says it's going to take up around 25GB (it's still downloading the full install, but is playable right now) - whereas the PS4 version on my external HDD says it's 40GB

if anyone wants to see how this looks on PS5 (who might not have one) - here's some running around, looking at light and reflecty things, to test the difference between the 60fps mode (performance) and ray tracing mode (graphics)

(at present it's still pending with YouTube though, as apparently it's rendering the SD version of the video)

Cool, I was playing Jedi Fallen Order till Just now, and I had switched off my ps5 to go to bed, oh well back on it goes!

Edit: All 3 Feb PS+ games are available for members through their regular store pages now!!

@Pditty1980 nice - I want to give Fallen Order a go, planning on taking EA up on the month of EA Play for less than £1 and then binging the hell out of it, I'm just trying to time it tactically so that there's nothing else I'm also playing a lot of at the time (I'd consider a month of Fallen order for £1, to be a pretty good consolation prize for having bought Control Ultimate in the Black Friday sale, haha)
