Topic: ps5 Controller charge problems

my ps5 controller won't charge - ps5 continually says my 'controller low charge - recharge controller. controller disconnected'. Problem is it's not disconnected as now I cannot connect my brand new controller as ps5 thinks the old controller is synced. How can I unsync my old controller in order to sync my new controller

Turn off your old one. Plug the new one into the ps5 using the USB cable and press the PS button
