Topic: Stop installing the PS4 version!

Can anyone please tell me how to get the PS5 to stop installing the PS4 version of a game from disc?

I bought Diablo 4 recently and, oddly, the cheapest version was the physical PS4 & PS5 cross buy edition.

Trouble is that, as the PS5 needs the disc to start the game, it insists that it wants to install the PS4 version.
I tried cancelling the download of the PS4 version and patches but every time I boot the PS5 up and start that game, it starts the process again. Fortunately, it installed the 4 version onto my external hard drive but I would prefer it not to install the other version at all..

Is there a way to make the PS5 ignore the PS4 version if the PS5 version is installed? Cheers for any help!
