There's probably been harder ones but the one that comes instantly to mind is Gruntilda in Banjo-Kazooie Nuts n Bolts. The vehicles have such odd annoying physics, making it really frustrating. I did eventually beat her though.

@Tasuki: Taxi by williams, I used to play a terminator 2 pinball table in a cafe by my secondary school which was brilliant but Taxi has a great loop and some neat secrets.

What's the best ever controller?

Durability issues aside, the DS4 easily. It's perfectly built, and the touchpad is a great idea.

Most overrated food?

Bacon. In my opinion, it's too salty, too fatty, and its ridiculously unhealthy. I don't really understand the internet's collective fascination with it.

Worst thing you've ever done in a game? Note: only stuff you've chosen to do, like in a sandbox game or a game with multiple choices, so horrible as it is, white phosphorous in Spec Ops doesn't count for this question.

What's the worst game you've ever played

Back to the Future on NES comes to mind. As a kid loved the movie so naturally when the game came out ummm yeah. Basically watch the AVGN episode and that sums it up for me.
