I'd love to see a good 2D, momentum-based Sonic game on PS4. Since 2006 the franchise has been god-awful, I just think that SEGA should go back to the roots of the franchise.
Either that or a sequel to Black, that amazing shooter from Criterion that was on PS2

Pokemon Emerald is probably my first choice. Gen 3 is disliked alot, but I don't have alot of problems with it.
Game you hate that everyone likes? It's ok, you're safe here.

I will answer both questions. Its easy to answer the question previous as you are typing happened to me earlier.
@BAMozzy there were games before this but my clearest and earliest memory was reading up on Shining force 2, I wanted it instantly. Eventually Santa delivered it for Xmas and the wait was 4 or 5 months. The reviews were all great and as a mega drive owner I was starved of good JRPGs.
@Tasuki: Civilisation 3 - 50 hours, I then ran out of electricity as I was in rented accommodation with a card meter. That was really bad - and something I'm not proud of. I now try to limit gaming time down to a couple of hours in the night and if I'm off work a couple of hours in the day. Civilisation resonates with my brain - but not in a good way.
What game have you played a lot of - but don't really enjoy?

In most recent times, I guess CoD: Advanced Warfare. I did enjoy the campaign but can't say I enjoyed the MP all that much as the movement really messed up the flow of maps and felt more important than gun-skill. I did play a lot though - partly because of clan wars etc and partly to try and get my moneys worth from it but its the only CoD in recent years I haven't enjoyed enough to reach max prestige. More often than not though, if I dislike a game I rarely play it more than an hour or two. I have a backlog of games I enjoy as well as fun games I keep returning to that I really have no motivation to play something I really don't enjoy.
What genre do you think Sony is lacking in its Exclusive line up and what XB1 exclusive would you like to have been able to play on PS4 (if any)
A pessimist is just an optimist with experience!
Why can't life be like gaming? Why can't I restart from an earlier checkpoint??
Feel free to add me but please send a message so I know where you know me from...
@BAMozzy: I think that Sony really doesn't have enough hack n' slashers on the PS4, there really needs to be some good ones as we haven't had many in a while. I wish Rare Replay was on PS4, because that represents astounding value and I'm a huge fan of Rare.

Back when I played Dungeon and Dragons Online I accidentally sold everything I had to a vendor (this was before they added the option to Buy Back) I was devestated as there was no way to get back all the stuff I spent months getting.
What is the best deal you ever had buying a new game?

@Tasuki: I bought sim city 4 from a Barnados shop (@Tasuki thrift shop 😖 ) for £3 and it had only been out a week. This was a long time ago but its boss when you get a great deal.

@TripleGK: Tough question - Rogue Legacy (although it was released last year) absolutely loved that game. If its a game interlinked with this year - I would say Driveclub. The dlc has been great and the improvements made to the core game really converted a bog standard arcade racer into a marvellous driving experience.
