Would you rather get money for a gift or an actual item?

Depends on the 'gift', situation, person giving the gift etc etc. Sometimes gift can have more 'value' than the actual cost. Other times, receiving money can help buy an item that you really want but too expensive to receive as a gift.

Christmas - over-rated, over-commercialised and expensive time of year, A great excuse to eat/drink lots, party or something else? if so what?

Worst time you got sick?

@DerMeister: Got medically discharged from the RN, dad died and lost house in the space of 3 months and got depressed just after surgery on cruciate ligament and meniscus in my left knee. Terrible. I'm happy to talk about it as I now have a different perspective on life. I will talk to anyone and help out whenever I can. Real depression with anxiety is terrible. Luckily my CV won out and I got a job as a Ops manager at a call centre and put all my energy into that. I've also recently been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism so I'm on daily meds and face the prospect of my neck being cut open. But I'm lucky compared to some people.

Ok so there's a zombie attack and your a brave young girl. To your left is a man approximately 60 who has been pretty honest with you and knows how to fish. To your right is a 20 year old douchebag who nobody likes, he is trigger happy will 100% put you in jeopardy and struggles to talk without arguing. There's zombies attacking both, who will you go and help and what happens next?

Someone needs to answer this so;
I run over and help the 60 year old man, I'm armed with a Katana and make short work of the zombies 'coz I'm a bad-ass. The douchebag, who's armed with a gun and is firing it wildly hence the "trigger happy" observation, pulls off a couple of lucky headshots but empties the gun. However he's bought himself some time and space to make a break for it. Th girl and older man also manage to make an escape in the car the man was driving before he stopped to help you and got into trouble. The manage to eke out a living for themselves over the coarse of the next couple of years before the man is killed tragically by a wild bear. The girl learns to fend for herself and grows up hardened with an open suspicion and distrust of anyone she meets. She eventually runs into another group of ragtag group of survivors lead by a man named Rick who was a former cop. Turns out her name is Michonne. As for the guy, he manages to survive for a few more days before he is killed by a boulder rolling down a hill while he was going toilet. His name was Jeff and he wasn't very nice, hence his rather comedic death because I dunno, karma's a B**ch?
Anyways new question: last time you built a snowman?

Ummm a full sized one maybe 30 years ago, when I lived in Chicago but I don't remember. A few years ago I made some mini snowmen and what I mean by mini maybe about the size of a 40 Oz beer bottle. We actually got snow in the Sacramento area and I was able to make a few mini snowmen on our patio table lol.

Favorite thing to have for breakfast?

Usually Pancakes.

What show do you wish got another season (to two)?

There has been a few that I thought had potential (Terra Nova, Alcatraz, Almost Human, Flash Forward), The Secret Circle was one I really think deserved more seasons but the big standout over all of these was Firefly!

What would be top of your Christmas wishlist assuming money and impossible situations are not an issue?

So you open up your main present from your parents or guardians and it is a copy of call of duty Ghosts not the Witcher 3 or Fallout 4 which you had asked for, what's your reaction?

Politely ask if they kept the receipt and explain I already have that game. I would be disappointed if someone bought a 2 yr old game in a franchise I buy annually on release!
