Being an 80's kid I have a soft spot for GTA: Vice City's soundtrack. Not really sure if counts since it's all licensed songs but I think it deserves mention. My favorite soundtracks from generations are Super Mario Bros. 3 and Street Fighter II. From this gen my top 3 are Halo 4, Super Mario Galaxy and Batman: Arkham City.
