Hello folks,
is it just me, am I missing something or is the new layout of the frontpage kinda confusing? I have a really hard time to find the latest news as it appears totally mixed up on my browser (Safari). I do appreciate the E3 Schedule-countdowns on the top of the page but the regular articles kinda get lost in a mess. Sorry if this sounded harsh, I just wanna know if I'm doing something "wrong" or if its like that for everyone?
I wouldn't like to be a web designer for a video game site come E3 each year. Users generally hate having to get used to redesigns, especially when trying to find all the E3 news!
That said I like Gameinformers effort this year, nice section at the top of the page listing all news and trailers with the regular linear feed down below.
You can change it back at the bottom of the page, but it wont save so you have to do it every time. I don't like it either and I missed some articles from this morning until swopping the template back to the usual style.

I don't mind redesigns but if it messes up showing the articles chronologically it's really hard to keep track. Thanks for the tip @themcnoisy!
