So I am having a slight problem with my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Last night I fell asleep while on my phone long story short while asleep I clicked on some kind of add or something but now I have this pop up keep popping up on my Internet browser that I can't get rid of. It won't even let me navigate anywhere else or close the page. If I hit no it pops back up. It's a fake pop up that says it's from the FBI and asks for all kinds of info which I won't give. I didn't open an email I think I hit a pop up advert on a site I was looking at last night. Bottom line is I can't use my Internet on my phone now. I tried the following things
Turn off then on my phone
Running an Antivirus program
Uninstalling, reinstalling the internet app
Those things didn't work at all and now I have no way of accessing the net on my phone. So any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.

First of all, don't enter any passwords or anything on your phone while it's in this state. Have you tried Googling the fake pop-up - someone else is bound to have had the same problem? I'm not an expert on these things so I hope that you get it sorted!
Well, I was able to download an anti virus program from the Google store (AVG free) and run it. It caught a virus and removed it and I was able to close out the pop up after running it. Kinda scared now as to what else it might have done. Looks like I will be changing passwords here soon just as a precaution.
Another thing you could have done is tell the phone to turn off the process itself. This is why using the phone as an internet device is terrible. Your locked into your personal ( identifiable address ) and ad services/google/yahoo/government could view certain kinds of data about your activities.
