@themcnoisy: Some of the stuff included is nothing but 'rubbish'. Some though is quite good and can be useful. I have several USB's although by more recent standards these aren't great on storage capacity but at the time weren't bad. I quite like my Fallout 3 Bobblehead although in reality is nothing more than a paperweight. My Batman: Arkham Knight statue is too and these are also just 'dust collectors'. I haven't used my steel safety deposit box or Rockstar bag that came with GTAiv or the Lunchbox that I got with Fallout 3 either. My W@W hip flask doesn't actually open to be functional.
I have never downloaded any of the 'soundtracks' or listened to any included ones but what I do like is the Artbooks. These are often very interesting - particularly those that show the concept art and how they compare to the final game. I really like 'steel books' although these don't really do anything different from the plastic cases. I do use the in game digital 'bonuses' but often these are noy much more than cosmetics.
In terms of 'value', they may not be worth much more than a standard edition but I am sure they are worth a bit more. I don't end to trade in games anyway. In time these could increase in value - especially as all mine are in 'as new' condition.
A pessimist is just an optimist with experience!
Why can't life be like gaming? Why can't I restart from an earlier checkpoint??
