OSX Yosemite on an imac and MacBook air. Lazily thinking about getting rid of the imac and getting a gaming PC but I'm not sure I'd really get much use out of it. Maybe we'll see how things are looking toward the end of the current gen. Last time I built a gaming rig was when HL2 came out, maybe It'll be the same story for HL3 The imac is more powerful than the laptop but the laptop is just so damn convenient!
I'm a big fan of Apple laptops and like the look of the new MacBook, but my current one does the job so will be a few years before I upgrade.
Well before my PC took a dump on me I was using Windows 7. I was not too keen on Windows 8 after checking it out on a friends PC so I just stuck with Windows 10. Now I use whatever OS my Note 4 uses.

Currently on Windows 8.1, but I hate it to be honest. Always seems to be doing its own thing so I'm looking forward to the Windows 10 update. I always have my PC dual booted with Linux as well, can't be without it, and I use Linux Mint for that.
I don't know about upgrading unless it is needed. I only use computer for downloading things and that is about it. With every release of Windows have more and more security holes inside of it.
I would be using windows 98 but windows 98 have actually been founding more holes in it recently. People could just browse your drive giving the opportunity. XP is also nice but with NT6.0 ( and up ) all of these upgrades seems to undo any changes you make to the PC. PPC OSX seems much nicer then the rest but there are barely any tools to remove data from the drives, and with that being UNIX god only knows the amount of traitors in the phone systems. OSX Montana Max ( whatever it is called "Yosemete Sam" ) just seems pointless now more then ever.
Apple itself already declared war on computer users by implementing the GUI that feels like an product. They just want you to purchase, purchase, purchase. Upgrading my apple computer I found that previous software is blocked from running on it, that otherwise could work. Then there is "Apples Crapmarks" . The older Apple needs this to find things but the crapmarks have destroyed my USB with my precious files. I feel like I could fall off the face of the world thinking about it. My files, my files my precious files. Gone.
Because OSX had to want to write to the USB when it had no more space. I don't know or think my files can even come back. That being said the head of Apple CEO is an non-heterosexual person ( from the news ). If I do get an brand new apple it will be an 256Gig model but only after I hit my first Million.
256Gig + Thunderbolt + True USB3.0 + 4800Dpi display is what I need to make any heads or tails from new OSX. Again we had an Apple, and it was running mountain Lion great with little memory but it seems that the new
OS wanted more Memory then before.
My advice with Apple is get the 256GB model but keep the older OS. As
much can it go up.
Again Windows I only purchase for videogames and NT6.0 is okay. I do not like the newer Windows. Windows 7 was reported in my email, when I had to change computers. However other computers it have failed to report.
