Anybody else excited?.......both Dariusburst Chronicle Saviors and Civilization Revolution 2 Plus within the same week, that's a great combination for sure IMO.

If I'm not mistaken, Dariusburst Chronicle Saviors is some kind of compilation / remake of all the mainline Darius titles? Which, if that's the case, is an unbelievable amount of replay value. Darius Gaiden alone is worth the money.

As far as Civ Rev 2 Plus, I realize it's simplified compared to its PC brethren, but I had a good amount of fun with the first Civ Rev on iOS........and Rev 2 Plus is tailored for the Vita by 2K, so I'm guessing all of the DLC from the start, plus tweaks and balances to fit the Vita platform specifically.

Tons of hours between these two games!, and great titles for a handheld gaming device.

Not been using my vita for a while because the memory card corrupted but with Civ Rev 2 and super star wars I think I'm going to get a new memory card, and I still need to dig into Killzone mercenary! Going to see what Freedom Wars is about too!

After a couple years of contemplating a PS Vita purchase, I finally took the plunge and bought one. I ordered the aqua blue one from Gamestop, and it should arrive in a week or so. I know it's towards the end of its lifespan, but there are more than enough games to keep me busy for a long time. And who knows, maybe we'll still get a little support moving forward. I'm happy to be a Vita owner and look forward to getting started soon.

@Thrash13:

As a one time owner of both the 3DS and now currently the Vita, and as someone who enjoyed both systems, the key advantage of the Vita is that it does a much better job of covering down on every genre (the 3DS is gold as far as platforms and RPG's, but it's wanting when it comes to racing, fighting, FPS or space shooters, etc). Not to mention that the Vita is strong in both platforming and RPG's as well.

Just, be prepared to purchase mostly digital, and be happy with the Vita's current library.........you can't expect much else down the line except for a few gems like Odin Sphere, Xcom, Bastion (looking to be released this month or Jan), and The Banner Saga.

In the past I always allowed myself to get frustrated by the systems lack of support, but, don't do that, just enjoy the system for what it is.

The lack of support definitely held me out this long, but I finally realized there are plenty of great games on the system to keep me busy for a long while. And I already have a PS4 as well, so I can always get newer stuff for it along with taking advantage of remote play on various games. I think I'll get my money's worth out of the Vita for sure. I ordered the system, and now I get to decide which game/s to start with. I'm leaning towards Tearaway and Hot Shots Golf/Virtua Tennis.

@Thrash13: Great purchase. Its a brilliant system. Big hint if you have relatively large hands - buy a grip.
