Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters was practically a system seller, and the port of Ratchet & Clank: FFA (Qforce) didn't do the Vita much justice. Who thinks the PS Vita could use some Ratchet & Clank love? A classic formula Ratchet & Clank game with the graphical capabilities of the PS Vita would be really awesome imo.
Who said it has to be Insomniac Games that develops it? High Impact Games did a fine job with Size Matters and Secret Agent Clank. I wouldn't be surprised if Idol Minds took on Ratchet & Clank PS Vita since they're familiar with the series due to the HD collection.

The same Idol Minds who got took off the canceled Warriors Lair's (Ruin)? That personally gutted me how they canceled a title like that and publish indie titles, Disney Epic Mickey 2 and develop and publish Destiny of spirits (which i am surprised got revealed for overseas announcement over Freedom Wars).
To answer the title question, if you have to ask thats means there is doubt that you believe they (SCEE/US) will do it. Yes they should make it, a lot of potential there. But personally the Franchise is like COD comes out every year (thats the only similarity) i fear its getting milked too much. Um yes a exclusive will help PS Vita.

I don't know, but I do know that Idol Minds made PAIN for PSN a while back. And I wouldn't doubt R&C Vita happening, but I just want to know everyone else's opinions. (Wouldn't be the first time the internet surprised me...)
I wouldn't mind as long as the MS d*ck-riders at Insomniac have nothing to do with it. All recent efforts by that company, especially its post-A Crack in Time Ratchets, have been terrible.
Insomniac devs really have brown nosed MS since they revealed the exclusive game for it. One dev but XBOX on his twitter profile and basically said how the Xbox is better than the PS.
After all the years of resistance and R&C, i would have thought they'd have a little more repect. Guess not.
