My Vita's AC adapter isn't working anymore. The Vita does charge when plugged into a USB port. My Vita's always connected to the AC adapter, which in turn is always plugged into a socket. This shouldn't be a problem at all I presume?
P.S. The Vita does not (need to) charge when always plugged into a power socket. The AC adapter should be able to be used a bridge between the rest of the system and the power source.
So, I guess I'm gonna get a AC adapter by a third-party.
Here's a article on Lithium-ion batteries (PS Vita also contains one)...

"They start degrading as soon as they leave the factory. They will only last two or three years from the date of manufacture whether you use them or not."
Only 2 or 3 years? That seems a bit low :/ The battery in my PsPgo still seems to be holding as much of a charge as it always has done so there must be some external reason batterys aint working out too well. Im looking at a Vita at te moment, is the battery an issue? like I said my PsPgo lasts me a couple of days between charges (I use it a few hours a day) so Is the Vita worse with its battery life than a PsPgo?
