Now don't read into this wrong, there has been nothing announced and it is known the game does not come shipped with any sort of multiplayer. The only reason I posted this is to get input from you guys on this idea.
I personally love the Uncharted games, but they don't have as much replay value without a multiplayer aspect to the game in my opinion, whether it be Co-Op or Versus. Now, wouldn't you think it was totally plausible to release Downloadable Content somewhere down the line that adds a whole new game mode to it? For example, Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 is going to have day 1 DLC for one of the in-game modes that I guess they couldn't fit on the Vita card. Who's to say that Sony Bend couldn't do the same thing with Uncharted: Golden Abyss? I understand that programming something like this would take a lot of time, money, and probably a nice little chunk off of your memory cards, but instead of starting from scratch or waiting until the next game, Sony Bend could use the in-game assets such as characters and landscapes, and make a multiplayer experience from that?
I know it's not very likely, and I won't get my hopes up, but I genuinely think that it is something that could be done.

I read an article somewhere regarding an add on for multiplayer; it sounds possible but only time will tell!
See, I thought I read that too, on like Joystiq or IGN, and I couldn't find it again. I certainly hope they at least add like, a co-op mode so I have a reason to come back once I beat it. =3
