PS3 Megathread 2019: The Last of Us
Multiplat 2018: Horizon Zero Dawn
Nintendo 2017: Super Mario Bros 3
Playstation 2016: Uncharted 2
Multiplat 2015: Final Fantasy 7
A 3 player fighting game sounds interesting. Definitely not good for competitive types but sounds like a fun concept regardless.
Has anyone played Virtua Fighter? I haven't, but it's one of the bigger (sort of) games we haven't mentioned yet.

I have played Virtual Fighter 5 a few times over at a friends house, but honestly to me it felt like a wannabe Tekken. To me it just felt that whatever Virtual Fighter did Tekken did better, but maybe that's was cause I am just alot more fimilar with Tekken.

@Tasuki Yeah, I can see it. They both did come around the same time.
Speaking of Tekken, Kazumi being playable is a thing, and I gotta say she's pretty cool.

I had VF5 the complete version last gen, it was good fun. For every move there's a counter, positioning and timing is key. But its slowish and the characters are unbalanced. I liked it but even worse than most fighting games you really need to practice the throw and parries and they are hard to pull off by a normal human being. Is it better Than Tekken? Not for me, but as Tasuki mentions its dependant on what you ard used to.

From my understanding VF is a more mental game than other fighters. I don't really mind slow fights, I've been in pretty sluggish Tekken bouts. I do want to try VF5 whenever I get a chance. I doubt it'll replace Tekken for me but if it's good, I don't care if it doesn't.
