Review Tales of Xillia (PlayStation 3)
A tale worth telling
You may be inclined to disregard Namco Bandai’s latest offering in the Tales series, but although it's the thirteenth main entry in the franchise (not including spin-offs), and bursting with strangely dressed teens with voluptuous hair-dos – as well a few girls who need to be told that strategically placed ribbons don't...

Rumour Tales of Xillia Remaster for PS5, PS4 Possibly Leaked
Telling Tales
A Tales of Xillia remaster might finally be happening — with an emphasis on 'might'. We've tagged this article as a rumour with good reason, because based on the evidence, this supposed leak could easily go either way. Originally spotted by Reddit users, a number of European retailers (which are all owned by one parent company, it...
Who Would Win Wednesdays Heihachi Mishima vs. Jude Mathis
Round 13
An unlucky number for some, we're now into the 13th round of Who Would Win Wednesdays. Last week's showdown was a real nail-biter as Raiden and Sephiroth attempted to carve each other into neat little chunks, but Final Fantasy VII's pretty boy antagonist managed to just edge out a victory against the psychopathic cyborg. We may have moved...
News UK Sales Charts: Tales of Xillia Conjures Fourth Place Finish
The Smurfs 2 feeling blue in third
Tales of Xillia got off to a flying start in the UK sales charts, finishing fourth in this week’s bestsellers list. The enjoyable Namco Bandai role-playing game scored favourably in our review, earning itself a respectable 8/10 and a strong recommendation. Despite this, the title couldn’t leapfrog The Smurfs 2,...

Bearing gifts
Better start saving up that gald, because Tales of Xillia has two solid western release dates and a limited collector's edition up for pre-order. And if that wasn't enough, Namco Bandai has granted us a look at a new trailer that shows off footage that takes place outside of battles for a change. Fans will be delighted to know that...

Combo magic
If the last English gameplay trailer wasn’t enough to quench your Tales thirst, you may want to gulp down these new character-focused offerings. Featuring Tales of Xillia’s two main protagonists, the fresh footage shows off each hero's individual fighting style and some great combos. Jude, the title’s male star, gets up close and...
News Tales of Xillia Trailer Shows Off Lairy Teens in English
Demon Fang
Some new English-dubbed gameplay of the eagerly awaited Tales of Xillia has travelled online, presumably prompting debates about whether or not a dub is needed at all. Fans of the series will already know that a lot of the previous English voice work could have been better, and admittedly we don’t get much to judge here. Nevertheless,...

Last July we heard that the next entry in the popular Japanese RPG series Tales of Xillia would be travelling to the West in 2013. News Tales of Xillia Travels Overseas Next Year
Are you sitting comfortably?
After some speculation, Namco Bandai has officially confirmed that it’s taking PlayStation 3 owners on a trip to the fantastical world of Rieze Maxia, as the hotly anticipated Tales of Xillia is finally set to journey overseas. The RPG – which released in Japan late last year – explores the escapades of Jude...

The kingdom of Rashugal has been experimenting with a powerful source that led to draining the mana from the world. Realizing the harm it is inflicting on the world, Jude and Milla set off on a journey to destroy it and restore the mana back to the world.
