If you manage to find a Secret Chest, you'll need a Knife in your inventory to open it. They're found throughout the game, but aren't exactly common. They can also be used to kill enemies, so you need to use them wisely. Otherwise, you might not be able to open a Secret Chest should you find one.

There are 10 Secret Chests to unlock, but there isn't a way to track them in-game. Our A Plague Tale: Requiem guide contains detailed explanations and images to help you find them all, however. Getting them all unlocks the Explorer Trophy. Not every chapter has Secret Chests in them.
