Souvenirs are denoted in the game by a Triangle button prompt in the environment, generally placed next to the person you can talk to or the object that is interactable. If you press the touchpad and scroll to the Codex screen, you can view a list of all the Souvenirs you've found so far.

There are 21 Souvenirs to collect, and our A Plague Tale: Requiem guide contains detailed explanations and images to help you find all of them. Collecting them all unlocks the Immortal Memories Trophy. Not every chapter has Souvenirs.
