What are all Legendary Armament locations in Elden Ring? Scattered throughout The Lands Between, these weapons can be acquired at any point in the game except for one. When you're exploring Leyndell, Royal Capital, be sure to pick up the Bolt of Gransax. Story progress renders this area inaccessible past a certain point. In this Elden Ring guide, we're going to reveal all Legendary Armament locations. Getting them all unlocks the Legendary Armaments Trophy.
What Are All Legendary Armament Locations in Elden Ring?
There are 9 Legendary Armaments to find in the game. They represent some of the most iconic weaponry available, with their own unique look and stats. Listed below are all Legendary Armament locations. We will provide a step by step guide to acquiring all of them.
Grafted Blade Greatsword
The Grafted Blade Greatsword is dropped by Leonine Misbegotten, a boss fight found at Castle Morne in the south of the Weeping Peninsula. After making your way to the back of the castle, the encounter takes place on the small island in the very south of the map. Kill Leonine Misbegotten and you'll be rewarded with the Grafted Blade Greatsword.
Sword of Night and Flame
You'll find the Sword of Night and Flame at Caria Manor in Liurnia of the Lakes. Fast travel to the Site of Grace named Manor Upper Level and turn back and go down the elevator. Follow the path along the bridges, and once you're running across the fourth one, look down to your left to spot a platform you can drop down to. Drop then once more and take the ladder down to the bottom. In here is a treasure chest with the Sword of Night and Flame inside.
Ruins Greatsword
In the very south of Caelid is Redmane Castle, which houses a double boss fight against a Misbegotten Warrior and a Crucible Knight. Beat them both and you'll be awarded with the Ruins Greatsword. If the festival is already underway when you get there, beat Starscourge Radahn and then return later and there should be a Fog Door blocking the entrance to the main square. If not, talk to the Jester and he should reset the location for you.
Marais Executioner's Sword
The Marais Executioner's Sword is dropped by the Elemer of the Briar, which is an optional boss fight found at the end of The Shaded Castle in the Altus Plateau. For a full walkthrough of the area, please click the link: Elden Ring: How to Complete The Shaded Castle.
Dark Moon Greatsword
The Dark Moon Greatsword is rewarded to you for completing the long quest tied to Ranni the Witch. You'll pick it up off the altar in the area where the questline concludes. You can find out How to Complete Ranni the Witch's Quest through the link.
Bolt of Gransax
This is the only Missable Legendary Armament in the game. You must find it before agreeing to burn the Erdtree at the conclusion of the Mountaintops of the Giants area. The weapon itself is located in Leyndell, Royal Capital.
From the Godfrey, First Elden Lord boss encounter, go down the stairs into the next area and then take the elevator down. Walk along the railing here and drop down onto the ledge below you. From here, you can jump onto the spear piercing the dragon. At the top will be the Bolt of Gransax. This will all take place just west of the Site of Grace called Erdtree Sanctuary.
Eclipse Shotel
You'll find the Eclipse Shotel in Castle Sol, located in the very north of the Mountaintops of the Giants. The Church of the Eclipse is inside here in the southeastern corner. Head inside and pick the Eclipse Shotel up off a corpse at the foot of the altar.
Devourer's Scepter
The Devourer's Scepter can be picked up off the dead body of an invading soldier in Crumbling Farum Azula. From the Site of Grace called Beside the Great Bridge, head up the stairs as if you were going to take on the Draconic Tree Sentinel. Instead, turn around and follow the linear path until you come to a balcony. Take the ladder on your right down and you'll spot a chest in front of you. Carefully walk towards it and eventually you'll be invaded by Recusant Berhnahl. Kill him and the Devourer's Scepter is yours.
You may also spot a treasure chest in this area, which contains the Old Lord's Talisman. This is needed to unlock the Legendary Talismans Trophy.
Golden Order Greatsword
The final Legendary Armament, titled the Golden Order Greatsword, is found in the Cave of the Forlorn, which is in the western area of the Mountaintops of the Giants. You get there using the Grand Lift of Rold. From the Ordina, Liturgical Town Site of Grace, head southeast until you reach the frozen riverbed. Follow it east and you'll eventually spot a locked entrance on your left. Two Stonesword Keys are needed to get inside.
Complete this cave and the Misbegotten Crusader boss at the end will drop the Golden Order Greatsword.
After collecting all nine of the Legendary Armaments, the Legendary Armaments Trophy will unlock. Which ones were you missing? Let us know in the comments below and check out our Elden Ring guide for more help and information.

Maybe double check your pictures before publishing an article. Or at least have a colleague proof read it. Sword of Night and Flame doesn’t even look like Grafted Blade Greatsword so why use the same picture
