Ancient Dragon Senessax: Boss Fight Strategy

Ancient Dragon Senessax is definitely a tougher cookie than the two dragons of the Jagged Peak before it — the Jagged Peak Drakes — but this is still a relatively simple encounter that mimics past dragon fights. As always, the boss can breathe fire across the arena and in a straight line as well as call down orange Lightning bolts. Then, with its wings, it'll slash and grab at the ground around it.

The strategy you need to employ remains the same: get underneath the dragon and slash at its two legs. You can call in a Mimic Tear Ashes here to make it even easier. Almost all of its attacks will be imbued with Lightning, so you need to take that into account as you'll be taking extra damage from every hit that successfully lands on your person. A reminder that you can still use Torrent with your Mimic Tear Ashes spawned on the battlefield. Stick to ground movement while they're by your side, but if they die, call in Torrent to make things easier.
