Back in the Day: Walkthrough
Back in the Day begins after speaking to the Eastpool mayor during Holding On.
The mayor of Eastpool will ask you to meet a Bearer. Follow the quest marker to find him near a well. On approach, you'll get another cutscene. Next, you'll need to speak to two villagers and ask about the Bearer, both of whom are marked onscreen.
Your next stop will be the stables to talk to Patrick. Afterwards, head back across the bridge to look for the Bearer. Keep following the markers onscreen. As you approach the Bearer, enemies will appear — kill them all.

- 2x Sharp Fang
- 2x Steelsilk
- 16 EXP
- 8 Ability Points
- 56 gil
