Bolts from the Blue: Walkthrough
Bolts from the Blue begins immediately after you fast travel to the Hideaway at the end of the last quest.
First, go down the steps and speak to Otto. Afterwards, follow the marker and speak to Mid. This will trigger a new quest called Getting to Work. This is required in order to continue, so follow the link for more info.
When that's done, go back to the infirmary to visit Jill. Open the door and watch the cutscene. Your next stop is the library — open the doors and a cutscene will start. Once it's done, your next stop is Vivian, so go and speak to her. Watch the cutscene.
Go down to the dock using the elevator and speak to Uncle Byron. Watch the cutscene. When it's done, speak to Otto in the mess, then find Byron and talk to him again. Fast travel to The Velkroy Desert to end the quest.
