Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: A Rare Card Lost Walkthrough

A Rare Card Lost is a Side Quest in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth that can be started in Chapter 2. As part of our Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth guide, we're going to provide a A Rare Card Lost Walkthrough that covers all the stages of the Side Quest. It takes place in the Grasslands.

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: A Rare Card Lost Walkthrough

After getting a Chocobo in Chapter 2, this Side Quest opens up and can be started by picking it off the Community Noticeboard in Kalm.

The Bartender's Request

Once you've accepted the Side Quest, head into the bar just to the left of the Community Noticeboard. Speak to the bartender Vash and he'll explain he lost his prized Queen's Blood card, and he wants your help getting it back. First, he'll test your skills with a match of his own against you so win that and then you'll learn where Virgil is.

Track Down Virgil

You'll be told he's at the clock tower, so head on over there to find him sat at a Queen's Blood table outside. You'll need to beat him to progress the side quest; if you're having trouble doing so, there's an Item Vendor on the eastern side of Kalm selling booster packs with better cards for your deck. Once he's been beaten, it turns out he doesn't even have the card anymore.

Track Down Thorin

Virgil sold the card to Thorin, who can be found out in the Grasslands east of Kalm. Head there and you'll need to beat him at Queen's Blood too. Before doing so, we recommend buying the Titan and Fat Chocobo cards from him to better your chances. Beating him gives you the Chocobo & Moogle card

Deliver the Card

Return to Vash at the bar in Kalm, and he'll let you keep the card. This completes the Side Quest.
